deathbomb: TANG REBORN AS PUBLIC SOCIAL SITE!!!! Remember the days when myspace was fun, because you could code up your page using a bastard form of html and make things goofy and stupid, just like the internet is meant to be? Well, you don’t have to be a slave to facebook anymore. Well, actually, you never did, but saying dramatic stuff is easy. So hold that thought and check this pitch out: Are you and artist? Yes? Great! See below! No? You are a liar! Everyone is an artist! See below! You don’t know? Well, do you ever make drawings? Youtube films? Funny things in photoshop? Poetry? Crafts? Then you are an artist, and trust me everyone makes art. So, see below. Below. Tight Artists Net Gang, the artists collaborative responsible for all the coding/visuals here at the Deathbomb tumblr, have for a while now used social networking tools on their own website. But as of a few days ago, they decided to fully embrace the potential of these tools, and fully open their site to the public. Now anyone can make an account at TANG and start sharing their art, commenting on other people’s art, chatting with other people logged in, and all the sort of things you do at social sites. In addition to that, TANG allows you to fully code your pages using html. More so than even myspace used to. So you can actually be a goof. I’ve already started making a page for Deathbomb at it! I’m very excited! So while facebook commits stock market suicide, why not start moving over to a better social site: TANG!  See you there! And remember, its fucking punk to be on a DIY social site!
