”Rock cliche about the short time a band has been together, follow with current musical hot bed/city they’re from, round out with second rock band cliche involving lots of adjectives/references to obscure bands. Insert name of local distro-only EP, add cliche about EP leaking, thus creating “buzz”; continue to confuse buzz and hype, drop name of blog that broke EP’s existence to the ‘mainstream.’ Finish with vague, bashfully iterated quote from soon-to-be-famous wankerific frontman.”

I actually prefer the ones that give the band’s suspicious history that no one can really corroborate. Like how we hadn’t heard or talked about music for our entire lives and then suddenly heard some early rock which inspired us to become musicians.
